Involvement
As a full time team member building out the Sift Connect platform, I have been involved in numerous projects that allowed the platform to mature into an enterprise ready and deployable software. These projects ranged from creating enterprise theming, to creating new attributes (work history, education, and language) on employee profile pages, to a new org chart.
I also worked closely with the brand designer to create a design language and with the engineers to take basic material design components to the next level and create the early stages of a basic design system.
Every project required thinking about how to apply client theming and testing within 8 color schemes.
Deliverables
I worked closely with both web and mobile engineering teams to incorporate theming into the Sift platform.
The admin dashboard allowed clients to apply their company branding (e.g. logo, color palette, etc.) into Sift. This required the design system to work with color. After wireframes and visual examples, each new feature and the design system had to account for theming.
Each new feature had to be designed with theming rules in mind and tested.
